  Ahh... Amazon and music... where to begin?! How about their decade long involvement in the devaluation and destruction of the independent music industry? Or maybe the fact they are currently suing the US govt. to pay artists LESS royalties? On and on... And here they are with yet another smoke and mirrors campaign pretending to be pro-artist/music.. Amazon is right up their with Spotify (aka Daniel Ek's uTorrent/ Sean Parker's Napster = pirates) in being the worst offending company where the devaluation and destruction of independent music, record labels and the middle class musician are concerned. Non-musician CEO's taking billions of dollars EACH, EACH and every year in personal paydays, private planes, yachts, mansions, sports cars, offices and thousands of staff being paid 6-7 figure salaries, in every major city on every major high street, all while claiming they are running at losses and paying musicians $100. per 1,000,000 million streams is more than fair... yada yada yada This all-you-can-eat streaming buffet bonanza gold rush has completely and utterly destroyed the music industry.. on top of this, these platforms are designed and operated for one and only one thing.. getting your clicks, eyes on adverts to sell more adverts and of course your personal data to be used internally and sold externally... Amazon is no friend to music nor society in general. Wake up people.
