An 11 year old British princess has been sent away from her British Boarding School due to her outrageous behavior (This is the first scene we see, utter chaos with boys and girls running amock, fires burning, loud music with the arrival of ambulances and fire engines, with one girl on top of the school shouting that she wont come down!) This behavior has caused Amelia Windsor to be a disgrace to her royal family. She is then given the choice of going to a strict camp in England and returning to the same school in the fall or sent to another school in America where she can learn how to behave. This school is a very rough, downtown, locals only school. She chooses the latter and is packed off immediately.
